The new digital procurement platform enables suppliers to access tender documents, seek clarification and submit bids securely through one online system.

TradeMark Africa (TMA) has implemented SAP Ariba, its procurement and supplier engagement platform, known internally as TMA iProcure. The platform provides current and prospective suppliers with a simpler and more efficient way to access and participate in TMA procurement opportunities.

The platform replaces a largely email-based process with a guided online workflow where suppliers can register, access tender documents, seek clarifications, upload supporting documents and submit bids electronically. It also provides a clearer record of communications and submissions while helping reduce common errors such as missing attachments or incomplete responses.

Suppliers are encouraged to register early and familiarise themselves with the platform before participating in sourcing events. To support onboarding, TMA has developed a Supplier Guide and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

Registration on the Ariba Network takes only a few minutes. If you are not yet registered, please click here to sign up into the SAP Ariba Procurement system. Questions relating to a specific tender should be submitted through the sourcing event’s Compose Message function.
