The change of name seeks to align with our strategic aspirations and the organisation’s mission to increase sustainable and inclusive intra- African trade and exports to the rest of the world.
Considering the above, you are requested to take note of the change of name. Kindly therefore amend your records and contact details pertaining to us to reflect the name M/s TradeMark Africa. Kindly also note to refer all further communications to us by the name of M/s TradeMark Africa.
We would like to highlight that the change of name does not impact on the legal status of the entity and would not require a revision of the existing terms of our engagement with yourselves.
